Google vs Yahoo! vs ...

I decided to run an interesting experiment.

Google search:
1. google - 2,610,000,000 hits
2. microsoft - 1,760,000,000 hits
3. yahoo - 1,410,000,000 hits
4. linux - 1,300,000,000 hits

Yahoo search:
1. yahoo - 897,000,000 hits
2. microsoft - 521,000,000 hits
3. google - 469,000,000 hits
4. linux - 362,000,000 hits

Well, an expected and consistent (bias). However, the following really surprised me:

MSN search:
1. yahoo - 104,416,381 hits
2. linux - 96,223,532 hits
3. microsoft - 83,731,317 hits
4. google - 67,452,682 hits

The Battle for Wesnoth

In the past few years, the only computer game genre I still play occasionally are the turn-based strategies. One of my favorites is The Battle of Wesnoth, which is now at version 1.1.8. It is open source game and has made of lot of progress. Graphics are much better now than before and it is really well polished. I highly recommend it to anyone who like turn-based strategies.

I just finished the main Heir to the Throne campaign. Here's my recall list before the final battle (level 1 units excluded):

3 x Paladin
2 x Mage of Light
1 x Elvish Champion
1 x Elvish Avenger
1 x Elvish Ranger
1 x Elvish Shyde
1 x Dwarvish Lord
1 x Dwarvish Dragonguard
1 x Dwarvish Thunderguard
1 x Merman Warrior

Well, make sure you try it if you haven't already. Be prepared to neglect your family, or even worse: play together with them (as allies or foes).
